  Answer:- Food is the basic necessity of human body. There are some nutrients in food which give energy to your body. The presence of carbohydrates in food is the main source of energy. Sugar and starch are two kinds of carbohydrates. They include such substances as glucose, Cane sugar, milk, sugar, starch and glycogen. Common sources of carbohydrates are cereals, fruits, potatoes, sugar, rice, corn, noodles, oats, and wheat. These main sources of carbohydrates have nutrients which help in providing energy to the body and enhance immunity  
  against diseases. The next most important source of energy is fast. Fats are the nutrients which provide you’re the greatest amount of calories. Some major sources of fats which are helpful for your good health are margarine, butter, milk products, nuts, cream, animal fat, mayonnaise, eggs, vegetable oil and cheese. They are useful to repair and renew the fatty tissues, to warm the body and to produce energy. Eating a variety of those foods which are the main sources of energy, give you many of those nutrients which your body needs.
