calories. Some major sources of fats which are helpful for your good
health are margarine, butter, milk products, nuts, cream, animal fat,
mayonnaise, eggs, vegetable oil and cheese. They are useful to repair
and renew the fatty tissues, to warm the body and to produce energy.
Eating a variety of those foods which are the main sources of energy,
give you many of those nutrients which your body needs. |
