The average depth of Pacific Ocean is 15,213 feet. Pacific Ocean is the world’s largest island by area. The total area of the Pacific Ocean is 155 million sq. km which is greater than the total land area on earth. The world’s deepest points are believed to be found in Pacific Ocean like Mariana Trench which is 35839 feet deep (11.26 Km) and is known as the deepest point in the oceans. Other trenches are Philippines Trench or Toga Trench which are also deepest points in the Pacific.

The beauty of this ocean lies in the diversity of natural sights. Like there are thousands of islands in this ocean and the largest land mass in Pacific Ocean is the continent of Australia. There are some of the most beautiful islands in Pacific ocean and the total number of islands are more than 25,000.
